By registering an account or accessing the Analyst Performance Tracker analytical dashboard, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms in full, you are prohibited from utilizing our institutional tracking indexes or database models.
All proprietary metrics, rankings, Index Scores, Prediction Success Ratios (PSR), custom charts, and aggregations are protected under intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited license to explore this data for personal research. Scraping, redistribution, or commercial resale of our computed scores is strictly prohibited without explicit written licensing.
Analyst Performance Tracker evaluates historical analyst performance. All database values are compiled for historical research purposes only. Under no circumstances shall Analyst Performance Tracker, its developers, or data provider partners be held liable for any financial losses, capital drawdowns, or investment damages arising out of your reliance on the ratings leaderboard or metrics.
Access to some advanced dashboards and comparison features may require an active Pro subscription. Subscription payments are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis by our billing provider Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access will persist until the end of your billing cycle.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate our usage terms, engage in web scraper abuse, or attempt SQL injection or authentication bypass exploits.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
