ATTORNEY NOTICE: This document serves as the official legal disclosure outline for the Analyst Performance Tracker platform. Platform utilization is governed strictly by the policies listed below.
Analyst Performance Tracker collects standard account registration details, including your email address, name, and encrypted credentials. We also store workspace configurations (such as Saved Screens, column visibilities, and active filter choices), notifications, and user-submitted feedback.
For billing compliance, Stripe collects credit card details and subscription state data. The Analyst Performance Tracker servers do not directly store or process sensitive credit card numbers.
Credentials are encrypted using secure cryptographic hashing algorithms before storage in the database. When enabled, 2-Step Verification (2FA) codes are generated using standard RFC 6238 TOTP keys and are validated dynamically. Users are solely responsible for safeguarding authentication passwords.
Workspaces and dynamic filters configured using our Saved Screens module are serialized and saved in our secure SQLite database. These states are private to your user account and are not shared publicly or with third-party analytical service groups.
We deploy standard secure network protocols and industry-recognized databases. We do not sell, rent, or distribute user email lists or analytical configurations to advertisement agencies or corporate brokers. Billing transactions are handled securely by our Billing Provider: Stripe.
You retain full rights to view, export, or permanently delete your account profile details. To request total account erasure, trigger the red Delete Account button inside your profile settings panel. This action permanently deletes your credentials, watchlists, friend ties, and saved screen records.
